नेपालको गणतन्त्र दिवसमा गुगलको सम्मान, लोगोमा पशुपतिनाथ र स्वयम्भु

काठमाण्डौ । विश्वको नम्बर एक सर्च इन्जिन गुगलले नेपालको गणतन्त्र दिवसलाई सेलिव्रेट गर्दै आफ्नो होमपेजमा समवेदना सम्मान ब्यक्त गरेको छ । हिन्दुहरुको आरध्यदेब पशुपती र बुद्ध भगवानको तस्बिर सहित बत्ती बालेको दृश्य सहित उच्च सम्मानका साथ तस्बिर गुगलले राखेको हो । गुगल सर्चसँगै देखिने गुगलको अस्थायी लोगो गुगल डुडलमा शुक्रबार पशुपतिनाथ र स्वयम्भु देखिन्छन् जहाँ मैनवत्तीको उज्यालो देखिन्छ।

‘आज हामी नेपालीहरुको शक्ति र धैर्यताको सम्मान गर्छौँ’, गुगलले लेखेको छ, ‘आजका दिन सन् २००८ मे २८ का दिन एक दशक लामो विद्रोह र आन्दोलनपश्चात नेपाल संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र बन्यो। सात वर्षपछि नेपाल शान, शान्ति र अधिकारको अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय प्रतीक बनेको छ।‘

२०६४ सालमा आजैका दिन संविधानसभाको पहिलो बैठकले नेपाललाई संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रात्मक मुलुक घोषणा गरेको थियो।

सरकारले भूकम्पको विपत्तिका कारण औपचारिक रुपमा यो वर्ष गणतन्त्र दिवस नमनाउने निर्णय गरे पनि गणतन्त्र नेपालका उपलब्धि के रहे भन्नेबारे नागरिकस्तरमा बहसहरु भैरहेका छन्। हालैको विनकाशकारी र दुखद भूकम्पपछिको अवस्थामा आफ्नो मनमस्तिष्क नेपालीहरुसँगै रहेको गुगलले उल्लेख गरेको छ।

‘आजको डुडलले नेपालीहरुलाई आफू सारा विश्वका लागि प्रेरणा बनेको याद दिलाओस् भन्ने हामीले आशा गरेका छौँ’, उसले लेखेको छ, ‘उनीहरुको उच्च लगनशीलताले हामी सबैको मार्गमा प्रकाश छर्न सकोस्।‘

गुगलले डुडलमा रहेको प्रकाशको पनि अर्थ दिएको छ। पहिलो, राष्ट्रिय दिवसको उत्सव, दोश्रो, बुद्धको प्राथना र तेश्रो, विश्वका लागि पथप्रदर्शक प्रकाश। गुगलको होमपेजमा यस्तो लेखिएको छ :

Nepal Republic Day 2015

 Today, we honor the strength and resilience of the people of Nepal. On May 28th, 2008, after decades of revolution and protests, Nepal became the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Seven years later, this country is an international symbol of splendor, peace, and tenacity. In the aftermath of the recent devastating and tragic earthquakes our hearts and minds are with the people of Nepal and the aid workers there helping to heal and mend families as they regain their footing, standing again as their world shifts beneath their feet.

 We hope today’s Doodle will remind the people of Nepal that they are an inspiration to the entire world, and that their burning perseverance lights the way for us all. The concept of light in this Doodle means three things for Nepal: celebration of this National day, prayers to Buddha, and a guiding light on the way home. Google is committed to supporting efforts to rebuild, and to help carry the load on the difficult climb to recovery.
