Bhatbhateni catches fire

Butwal : A fire broke out at the Bhatbhateni supermarket in ward no. 8 of Butwal Sub-metropolis this morning.

Fire that began at around 4:00 in the morning has engulfed the fourth and fifth floors of the supermarket building. Fire tenders from Butwal, Siddhartha municipality and Ramgram municipality as well as Nepali Army, Nepal Police, Armed Police are working to bring the fire under control.

The fire is reported to have originated from a short circuit but is yet to be ascertained. The supermarket came into operation last year at the investment of around Rs. 950 million.
